Shaping Chennai’s Metro Future

Project: Chennai Metro Project

Client: Chennai Metro Rail Limited

Scope:  Supply, installation, testing, commissioning and training of electrical, plumbing, fire protection, vac works & bms system from madhavaram milk colony station (excluding)-ch 76.000 to grain market station (excluding)-ch 16399.716 for 6 nos underground stations and 10 nos elevated stations, bored tunnel, cut & cover tunnel, u section, elevated ramp, elevated viaduct in corridor-5 of chennai metro rail project phase ii.

Value: USD 23.28 Mn

 We successfully delivered a comprehensive package of E&M systems for a key section of Corridor-5. Our work encompassed the supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and training for electrical, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and BMS systems across 6 underground and 10 elevated stations, as well as associated tunnels and viaducts, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of this vital transit line.

Scope: –

  • EPC for DG Sets, Electrical Panels, and Lighting Systems.
  • Installation of EOT Cranes, Firefighting, Plumbing, and HVAC Systems.
  • Covers 16 metro stations and 1 depot.

 Our expertise in E&M systems was instrumental in the success of the Kochi Metro Project for DMRC Limited. We executed the EPC for DG sets, electrical panels, and lighting systems, and installed critical supporting systems, including EOT cranes, firefighting, plumbing, and HVAC, across 16 metro stations and a depot.

  • Includes Dahisar elevated corridor with 17 stations and a rolling stock depot.

  • Design Verification, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of E&M Systems.
  • Includes Fire Detection & Suppression Systems, DG Sets, Compressor, and EOT Cranes for Depot (Mandale) on LINE-2B.

Electrifying Ahmedabad Division

Project: Overhead Railway Electrification under CORE Project

Client: CORE Headquarters, Indian Railway

Scope: –

  • Overhead Electrification work in the Ahmedabad Division of Western Railway in Gujarat covering 180 route km / 446 track km
  • Includes 66/25 kV Traction Substations (TSS) and 25 kV Sub-sectioning and Paralleling Posts (SSP)
